Aryn & Joe
A Photography Proposal for Your Wedding Weekend in Tuscany
Thank you again for taking the time to meet with me.
It was a pleasure getting to know you both and hearing more about the celebration you're planning.
I loved hearing how the two of you met while walking your dogs, and learning about Joe's family's long connection to the agriturismo where you'll be married. It already feels like a place woven into your family's story, which makes it an especially meaningful setting to begin this next chapter together.
What stayed with me most, though, wasn't the venue. It was the atmosphere you're hoping to create.
A weekend with your closest family and friends. Time to slow down, share great meals, laugh together, and enjoy Tuscany without feeling rushed. The decision to keep the celebration intimate and give everyone the freedom to be fully present says a lot about what matters most to you.
Those are exactly the kinds of weddings I love photographing.
Aryn, I also appreciated hearing what you're looking for from your photography. A balance of honest, candid moments alongside beautifully crafted portraits that never feel forced. That's very much how I approach every wedding. I'll spend most of the day quietly documenting what unfolds naturally, stepping in only when a little guidance helps create something timeless.
Based on everything we discussed, I believe the Legacy Collection is the best fit for your celebration. It gives us the time and flexibility to tell the story without rushing, while leaving room for the unexpected moments that often become the most meaningful photographs.
If your plans come together and you'd like to include your welcome dinner or another part of the weekend, we can always add an additional day of coverage. There's no need to decide that today.
I've included the collection details below, and I hope this gives you a clear picture of how I'd approach documenting your wedding weekend.
It would truly be an honor to tell your story.
Warmly,
Dan
